Use the Defining Gel two to three times a day to hydrate, soften, tone, and firm all over. I use it after the shower, before bed and after being in the sun. For best results, use Defining Gel twice a day in between your Applicator uses on the area of the body you are targeting. You won’t need to use the Defining Gel right after you wrap, I recommend waiting until the next day.
